Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical issues that prevent successful submission or participation.
- Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
1) If a participant fails to submit their Photographs by the deadline.
2) If we detect unfair practices, such as submitting fake or stolen Photographs. Any participant found engaging in such practices will be disqualified without notice and is not eligible for a refund.
3) If a participant is dissatisfied with the judging results, a refund will not be issued.
